*No Workouts during Fall Break week October 14-18

Wrestling Practice (All Ages):  Tuesday & Thursday  4:15pm-5:30pm

Weight Lifting:   Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  3:30pm-4:15pm

October 30 – March 21

*RHS Season begins November 4th, High School Club Workouts resume on March 9.

*CYO Winter Break Camp (Grade K-8)  December 23 & 26  12:00pm-1:30pm, modified workout schedule during Winter Break.

Wrestling Practice (Beginners Grade K-2):  Tuesday & Thursday  6:00pm-6:45pm

Wrestling Practice (Advanced Grade 3-8):  Tuesday & Thursday  6:45pm-8:00pm

Strength Training & Conditioning (Advanced Grade 3-8):  Friday 6:00pm on these dates only- 1/3, 1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 2/7, 2/14, 2/28, 3/6, 3/13, 3/20

Wrestling Practice (High School):  Tuesday & Thursday (starting March 9) 4:15pm-5:30pm

Weight Lifting:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (starting March 9) 3:30pm-4:15pm

March 23 – May 21

*No Workouts during Spring Break week March 27-April 5

*RHS Team Camp May 31-June 3, summer workouts begin week of June 8, no workouts during Moratorium Week June 29-July 5, modified workout schedule for Summer Camp week of July 27-30
